To demonstrate all the technological and commercial benefits of adopting a Zero Trust Security Posture with the Spectra Alliance vendors their clients, leading South Australian technology company and NEXTGEN partner, Nuago, chose to host an exclusive C-Level in-person event targeting key customer verticals featuring a panel discussion with key vendor and industry thought leaders focused on how technology and human behavior impacts an organisation's day-to-day security and operations. The in-person event was held at the Adelaide Pavilion on 3rd May, 2023 hosted by Nuago's Connor O'Rourke, keynote speakers from each Spectra Alliance Vendor alongside SA Industry leaders on a panel taking a deep dive into ZT with outstanding results.

The Challenge ...

With limited access to internal marketing resources or automation platform, Nuago engaged NEXTGEN's Partner Marketing Concierge program to develop, execute and drive an effective campaign strategy to support the event and deliver results. NEXTGEN Concierge in conjunction with Elastic Digital, provided Nuago with creative, graphic design sand copywriting services for their promotional emails and event microsite landing page that promoted and showcased Nuago's value propostion around their Zero Trust solution featuring the Spectra Alliance vendors. NEXTGEN Concierge also assisted with project management of the campaign, which involved a number of calls and meetings to define key objectives and ensure the campaign was directed to a highly segmented target audience.

To promote the event, Nuago engaged NEXTGEN Group Concierge Services and its creative marketing agency, Elastic Digital. The promotion included sending three highly segmented personalised emails to a Nuago vertical customer list of IT and C-level Managers up to CXOs. The emails outlined how the increase in sophisticated ransomware and cyber threats has led to a need for more robust network security measures.

The emails also highlighted the extensive experience Nuago has with Zero Trust network architecture as well as working with Spectra Alliance as best-of-breed vendors. A further email was sent to all registrants and attendees promoting special offers and a request to complete an event survey. The email campaign was further supported by numerous social media posts across various platforms.
